Information Clause for Job Candidates In accordance with Articles 13(1-2) and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform you that: Joint Controllers of your personal data are the companies listed in the annex to this clause. Under the joint controller agreement, you may exercise your rights by directing inquiries or requests to any of the Joint Controllers. If you have not consented to the processing of personal data for future recruitment purposes, the Controller of your personal data is solely one of the companies listed in the annex to this clause, which is conducting the recruitment process. In such a case, the term "Joint Controllers" refers only to the single Controller conducting the recruitment process. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing We will process your personal data: For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on the employer's entitlement under Article 22¹ of the Labor Code and within the scope of: name and surname, parents' names, date of birth, place of residence, correspondence address, education, and previous employment history. The legal basis for processing these personal data is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). For the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, based on your consent to process your personal data, i.e., personal data other than those mentioned above, provided in the CV, form, cover letter, and other documents. The legal basis for processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). For the purpose of the legitimate interest of the Joint Controllers in relation to the data obtained from you during the recruitment process in connection with verifying your skills and abilities needed for the position specified in the advertisement. The legal basis for processing these data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the purpose of the legitimate interest of the Joint Controllers in case of the legal need to demonstrate facts, demonstrate the fulfillment of obligations (basis from Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the purpose of conducting future recruitment processes, based on your consent to process personal data provided in the CV, form, cover letter, and other documents. The legal basis for processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Rights of Data Subjects In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and receive a copy of them, the right to request their rectification (correction), deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data processed based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as indicated above in point II. These requests can be sent to the addresses indicated in point I. Additionally, in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Data Retention Period In the scope indicated in points I.1, I.2, and I.3, your data will be stored for the time necessary to conduct this recruitment. In the scope indicated in point I.4, your data will be stored for the limitation period of claims arising from legal provisions, as well as for the time during which the regulations require us to store the data. In the scope indicated in point I.5, your personal data will be stored for 2 years from the date of consent or until it is withdrawn. Data Recipients Your personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions specified by law and to processing entities that provide services to the Joint Controllers and to whom these data are entrusted. Providing personal data in the scope of name and surname, date of birth, place of residence, education, and previous employment history is a condition for participating in the recruitment process. In other respects, providing personal data is voluntary. Automated Decision-Making We inform you that we do not make decisions in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Consent and Information on the Possibility of Withdrawing Consent At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. A statement of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be sent to the addresses indicated above. Transfer of Data to Third Countries Your personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries (outside the EU) in connection with the cooperation of the Joint Controllers with business partners based outside the EEA and the provision of services to the Joint Controllers in the field of IT and infrastructure.
